GPU giving blue screen

Hi guys
While playing some games on my gtx 1080 I experience the blue screen issue, checked everything on the pc and the blue screen only came when I was running diagnostics on the GPU, is there any fixes or anyone knows what the problem can be?

Google the blue screen error code , also start by down clocking you pc ram and down clock your GPU
