GPU for R2500-R3000

Hi guys, looking to purchase a GPU for a build. Price range of R2500-3000.
Preferably looking for a MSI GTX 970, but let me know what you have. I am also willing to up my price a bit for a MSI GTX 980.

Item Wanted: GPU for R2500-3000 (a bit more if GTX 980)
Packaging Essential: Always a bonus but not a deal breaker.
Desired Age: Not NB but just not an abused GPU (1-2 years preferred)
Location: Cape Town
Willing to accept a shipped item: Yep.
Ballpark/Budget Amount: Name your price, between R2500-3000.

Try find yourself a 780ti.. There popular on carb at the moment and theyll give you the performance of a gtx 1060/980 with the exception that high memory games might cause severe lag (ARK/ Star Citizen). You should be able to find one for R2500 or under.
