Looking for a GPU for a friend that is able to play games like Fortnight, Overwatch and WoW at 1080p

I know its a stretch but he is on a strict budget

You'll find a GTX 760 probably at around R1000 on Gumtree/Carb which will do well on those. I used to play those games on a 760 at 60fps on 1080p.
Just a recommendation
