Dual fan on heatsink, comes with 1mm thermal pad, to use between the heatsink and GPU

Working on my mining GPU, lowerd the mem temps from 110 avg to around 98

Comes with gloves, clean wipes and the heatsink with 2x fans

this price is to break even, making nothing off of it, so its non neg for now
