I have the same card, do you find the fan noise to be unbearably loud or is my card just wonky? Thermals are absolutely fine at high 60-ish degrees C under load but the fans go absolutely mental unless I create custom profiles with afterburner.

hi, no the fan scales to the load, so when under no load the fan stops spinning completely and under load they go full throttle but also then they are relatively quite.
