Note: The Shroud and Original fans was removed, but I will include a Corsair ml120 fan which I've hooked up to the card fan header and so the card is able to adjust fan speed automatically. I have also fitted a bracket to hold the card in place when installed. On my testing Temps didn't go over 57c which is much lower than normal Gtx 1060 cards. The card seems to performs exactly on par with a Gtx 1060. I have uploaded benchmark results for this card compared to my Rx 580 below.

I watched a video on this If im not mistaken, you need 4th+ gen Intel cpu for this to work.
Also doesn't work on Asus mobos apparently

Not sure. But it's running perfectly for me on a Gigabyte + 6th Gen CPU...
