Rebirth Island is 105ish when you are choppering in, then it goes up to about 130-150 depending on environment, 99% is at 122.

This is at 1440p with settings pretty much cranked, but no raytracing.

Memory at 7000MHz, Core at 2055MHz (just a 100MHz +offset in Afterburner)

Go for the 3070. Future proof! It beat my 1080TI (HOF so a beast) (by 3000 points) and my 2080 (AMP EXTREME CORE, also a beast) ( by 2000 points) in 3DMark. And runs less hot, and more quiet than both yet pumps more performance!
