yes, a stock 980ti is at about 1100 mhz core. This card that I am selling boost at about 1380 core out of the box. Max I got for testing reasons was 1470 core. Time spy graphics score was 6600 with 7700k cpu. 6600 graphics score is just a little shy of a stock 1080.
