Good question.
The long answer is I work for an installer, and I bought the card through the business with the intent to do eth mining.
So, I am unable to transfer the warranty to anyone and I cannot provide you a receipt.
If you find it is faulty then you can return it to me, and I will return it to the distributor.

If you bought it from a local supplier, then warranty is with them. Simple as that.

You can provide the buyer with the original invoice as that may assist.

I'll be honest, a new account and an attitude like that won't get you the sale you are looking for.

At least try to be somewhat accommodating. Perhaps you can provide the POP anyways and should anything go wrong, supplier should allow the warranty to still be used even though it was purchased through your company. Also, not providing a pop for something also seems sketch and no body is going to buy something and trust that they can bring it back to you when you only made your account 2 months ago. Maybe if you had 10 years and a great rep but that is earned..
