Hi everyone saw this gaming chair at makro today, all is good except it doesn't have an adjustable arm rest.
When I took a closer look, the arm rest had some sort of adjustment notch on it, it's possible that when u are assembling u can fix it to a certain height. The sales guy over their had no idea what I was talking about nor he had the user guide for the chair available.

Has anyone bought this chair?? It's a "silverstone racing c" chair

Makro has a different knockoff-style gaming chair every few months. Haven't seen this particular one but I've seen others there, and they are generally not that nice.

I'd recommended steering clear.

Thanks for the heads up, any recommendations ? I am on a tight budget.
It need not be a gaming chair, any office chair with lots of adjustments.

I sat in this one as well, really comfy and sturdy, but the arm rests are shit, they dont feel rigid and they swivel inwards? lol wtf

Hi there man

My 2 cents of information would be rather to buy this instead the back is 79cm so I think that should be tall enough.

HHGears SM-115 Gaming Chair - Black/Green - Best Deal - South Africa (you get assorted colours )

But I just feel if you pay for a gaming chair , at least give me padded armrests ? is that so much to ask ? I feel that is what you touch the most on any chair.

Hope it helps.

Brainfart ( cant you get another company to reupholster the arm rests ? )

I would say save up a bit and buy a Corsair T1 or DXRacer or something. Evetech has them on sale on occasion for like R3700 or so.

I have 2 Corsair T1 chairs and enjoy them a lot.

This, I've been to ATK Arena about a week ago, they had the Corsair T1 chair, I am literally saving to buy one, cause damn they were good.

Any good deals anywhere on an adjustable herman miller aeron or mirra?

Ofcourse I am, I had a spinal fusion. I'll definitely get the best I can for my back.
Herman Miller Aeron ofcourse.

How does the Aeron compare with a Mirra? at the previous company we used the Mirra chairs, but it seems mostly the aerons are for sale

I unfortunately haven't tried a Mirra. Looks like an Aeron with a hardback though.

Yes, the Mirra has the open plastic back, not mesh seat, but still very comfy (fit is more important than padding) and you can adjust the lumbar curve up and down, and also tension it so it is coming out more or less.

it seems in both you get two versions, one with less adjustability, and one with more (typically the armrests, not sure what else)

just checked out some of the mira and aeron chairs, ones I like are way above my budget. Are their no local manufacturers ?

they are above my budget as well - which is why I don't have one. but they are amazing, and comes with a 13 year warranty ...

how about this one ??

does anyone know where one can try out those Herman Miller chairs, it would be easier to justify the expense once you've tried it

hi everyone. I bought a ROGUEWARE XL-1315 SERIES BLACK RED RALLY GAMING CHAIR.
Thanks for all your help.
