I was referring to game package DLC not weapons and cars/items. Sea land and air expansion pass is part of the XL version

Blizzard are dickbags. Discount the Origins Edition by 40% so it's cheaper than the Standard... why don't they discount the Standard by 40% and stop wasting everyone's time. I don't care about the extra Origins crap.

I personally love it.
But it does have fake extension of playtime. You have to collect orbs to enter certain dungeons and there is a fair deal of backtracking to collect enough to keep going, to the point the plot sort of ends before you actually get into the final dungeon.
To me it feels like Tomb Raider (reboot) meets MegaMan or Metroid and the controls are tight and not the least bit floaty.
It has some Assassin's Creed style traversal puzzles plenty of plenty of great action, though it is considered by some to be somewhat simplistic since a lot of it is just lock-on shooting.

It's like R799 or something stupid on the SA store. The ms us store it's exactly R238. Bought it and busy downloading ... I think that's a bargain

Yeah, the game is certainly worth that. I paid the full R900 at launch and did not feel cheated.

Edit: Oh wait sorry, it was like 6 something...680 maybe.
 
Suggest anyone looking to buy gears of war 4 ... Forza horizon and recore to head over to US MS store. Buy it there and then claim the code on your ms store in windows ... Feels like I stole the game lol
