Is the top of the case glass ? and is there a bracket to put fans or a top mounted 280mm radiator .

You receive two top panels. One glass and the other is plastic with mesh vents.

The top allows for a 280mm radiator if the motherboard has enough clearance I believe. This can be confirmed on the spec sheet.
