The house is located in Protea Heights, a very safe neighborhood not far from the shops and entertainment! There is also a dedicated parking spot right outside.
The room is spacious with lots of cupboard space.
You will have full access to the rest of the house kitchen and entertainment area.
Rent: R5000 including electricity, water and sewerage and 50mb fibre line
