Hello everyone
So work has told me that I need to move to Johannesburg or find another position in Cape Town or leave. I've chosen to move to Johannesburg since I have family there and I'd like to stay gainfully employed. I've owned this flat for just over 2 years. I just had a brand new geyser installed as the old one was in need of replacement.
Item: Flat of 111 square meters - 2 bedroom, 1st floor.
Rent: R8 500.00 P/M plus electricity.
Location: Tijgerhof, Milnerton
Deposit: 1.5 times rent as a deposit, plus the first months rent upfront.
Internet: There is ADSL in the area and excellent LTE coverage- this is not included in the rental agreement.
Conditions: No smoking
Parking: 1 parking space inside the complex with 3 off road street parking
Description: Parquet flooring through the bedrooms, dining room and hall. Large bedrooms with views of Table Mountain, Lions Head and signal hill. When I say large rooms, I'm not kidding. I have a extra long queen sized bed in the main bedroom and there's still enough space for a large desk and makeup table plus side tables and lamps. You can chill on the balcony and watch the sunset.
Furnished or unfurnished: We can discuss about what you need and what I want to sell. I have several items I'd look to sell and several I'd like to keep.
Reason: I'd like to keep my job and that means moving to Johannesburg
Fiber coverage suggests that there will be fiber in the future but there is none of now. Vumatel are the expected installers.
Ideally suited for: A person who wants a big flat to live in with a spare bedroom for gaming or kids.
Available from: End of March - I'll probably be driving to Johannesburg on the weekend of the 23rd as my brother emigrates on the 28th and I'd like to say goodbye. This gives you a week to move in early, if you want to.
Edit: I am the chairperson of the complex and if there are any problems, you can contact me directly for them to be resolved.
Photos will be published when I've done some plastering and painting.
FYI
