Hi, I hope you can help me.

Would you mind reviewing the neutral feedback that I just received?

Long story told a bit shorter:

The deal went smoothly and we had no issues at all- then the buyer didn't submit feedback for months after which he blocked me on Whatsapp when I asked him again and told him I'll be adding him to the feedback outstanding thread and report the missing feedback.

I asked him numerous times and he constantly told me he doesn't have internet to do it, but he still browsed Carb in that time- hence me telling him I'll be reporting the outstanding feedback.

Fast forward, I reported the outstanding feedback and just asked that my positive feedback be removed from his account.

Just received a notification stating he finally submitted feedback now.

I however do feel like he gave the neutral rating because of the fact that I called him out a few times. So, personal grudges, basically.

His neutral feedback states: "it works."

He then posted on my profile now as well: "Very good seller laptop works very well and sent on time."

I don't understand how he posts something positive on my profile, but then gives me a neutral feedback like that.

I sincerely hope that you can help me in this matter.

It's his first feedback he gave, I don't think we should be so soon to judge, he might have made a mistake submitting it, at least he did it even when being AFK for more than a month.

Changed it to positive
