Hi fellow carbies,
So I purchased a z390 off takealot towards the end of 2020, and it is now faulty (no physical damage to the board, but I have confirmed with other hardware on hand the board is indeed faulty).
I've rma'd it and takealot has sent it to the supplier about a month ago. Tonight takealot canceled and concluded my return, I emailed to ask for more information and they mentioned the parcel was incomplete and that is why the supplier is not replacing the board? Im a bit confused since the board is almost 3 years old, did they expect me to send the manual and CD instruction disk with? Is this a justifiable reason that voids warranty?
Note: I placed the board in antistatic bag and then bubble wrapped it and put it in another mobo box.
Edit: if anyone has a gigabyte gaming x z390 box/manual/CD disk, would you sell it? XD
