I have a Fanatec CSW 2.5 Wheelbase available. I bought it from VR Room in January 2021. Used it till March 2022 whereby I then upgraded to SimuCube 2 Pro. It has since been packed in it's original packaging and stored as a backup wheelbase.

PLEASE NOTE: This is only the wheelbase, no wheel rim comes with this purchase.

The CSW 2.5 is Fanatecs last belt driven wheelbase, using their many years of experience in the sim world, created a two belt drive system combined with a powerful precise motor that mimics a Direct Drive wheel like no other. Having raced on a CSL DD and Simucube 2 Pro, coming from the CSW 2.5 I felt underwhelmed. The jump to CSL DD was non existent. In fact, the CSW 2.5 felt stronger, albeit not as clean/refined as the CSL DD, during a race session, you won't even notice the 'cleanliness' of a real DD wheelbase over the feeback of the dual belt system.

This truly is a magnificent piece of kit. I saw myself being able to catch slides and for the first time whilst racing Assetto Corsa Competizione, being able to tell what the back of the car was doing. I wouldn't say it improved my laptimes vastly, but what it did do was improve my consistency and ability to keep the car on the black stuff, which ultimately results in better overall race time/laptime.

I won the 2022 Season 9 Raceface.Pro ACC ProAm Endurance championship with this wheelbase. *Not that this matters, but good to know it has given proven results, if you care about that stuff*
