I'm seeing lots of speculation about this.

However, I don't know if he has an exit clause. Even if he does, wouldn't he need to be on gardening leave for a year before he could perform at another team?

Its been reported he has an exit clause. Can start working with a new team as of 2025.
The other side of this is that he could just decide to retire

Edit: I stand corrected. You are correct. He indeed has a 1 year non-competitive clause in the contract.

Anyone excited for the F1 24 game this month?

Lol, I used to count down the days back in 2011, 2012 and 2013. Liked the classic cars and tracks in 2013, probably my favourite F1 game.
F1 2015 was good too as they revamped the graphics with the shift to PC/PS4/XB1 just 2 years after the new consoles came out.

Now after the EA takeover it's like FIFA. Full price reskins and 4 years after the PS5/Series came out we're still seeing it on PS4/XB1. Not surprising though since it looks the same as F1 2020.
