Extending display to 2 screens

Hi. How can I connect my laptop which has 1 HDMI output to 2 screens but with the option to extend the display. Not duplicate. Want to have 3 seperate screens to work on (laptop, screen 1 and screen 2).
The laptop doesn't have USB type c.
Please recommend a product that will work for this setup.

I don't think you can split 1 output into 2 screens. They will only display one output

You could perhaps try something like this.

One screen through this adapter and the other screen directly through the hdmi port. I'm pretty sure it should work

Will try out the USB to HDMI and then the other screen via the HDMI and see if that works.
