SARS or SARB? As far as I know, doing this sort of bypasses currency control exchange, hence the attractiveness of it. Full disclosure: i have bought and sold paypal before.

SARB and SARS. They looking at control measures for virtual currencies including fiats being exchanged on platforms like paypal, skrill, payoneer etc. Its a bit of a loop hole currently since its not large scale hard currency exchange. See us as an escrow service

Apologies for the site being down. Just sorting out issues with paypal. Currently on hold due to influx of large payments via the site. Hoping to be back up next week.

Looking for someone to take over the exchange site. It works well, I just dont have the patience and capital to keep up with it. You can fix exchanges or link to exchange rate, verify ppl etc. Clocked over 2k in usd trade in first week, unfortunately buyers for paypal was slow so was sitting with a lot of paypal.

Good for those of you who use a lot of paypal monthly.

Drop me a pm, not looking to make money selling the site would just be a shame to close it down, spent a lot of time on it.
