Notes:
1. Over the past few years, we had a black screen twice, a software issue that crops up rarely, phone was on but screen doesn't come on, requiring phone to be put into download mode and doing a forced restart. Not a reset, so back to normal thereafter . Its a software problem apparently affecting the PH1 , documented online. See here Google search and here: How to fix Essential PH-1 black screen
2. At the top of the screen , there's a small gap causing a small bit of light from the screen to shine through. See pics.
Other than that, phone is in excellent condition for its age, I looked but couldn't find any scratches! Entire phone was wrapped in clear plastic, screen cover etc.
