Here is thorough testing feedback from Wootware & my comments in blue:

RAM kit 1 (G.Skill F4-3200C16D-16GVKB Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2x8GB)): This is still on hold for @Natez at R 1 000.

Tests Done: 4 passes of Memtest run with no errors. Ram kit POSTed on two different boards with different CPUs.
2600X and 3100 used.

RAM kit 2 (G.Skill F4-3200C16D-16GVKB Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2x8GB)): This will be returned and credited.

Tests Done: Same as Kit 1. Both RAM kits were then tested together but did not POST.
Kit 2 was replaced with a new kit and the issue was resolved. All four DIMMS now post on multiple boards and CPUs.

GPU (Palit GeForce RTX 3060 Ti GamingPro OC) This is still on hold for @ScuBaLlama at R 14 000.

Tests Done: GPU was tested using a combination of stress tests and games.
Superposition and Furmark were run for several hours and then Cyberpunk 2077 for about 2-3 hours.
No fault was found.

Here is an update from Wootware and my comments in blue:

RAM kit 1 (G.Skill F4-3200C16D-16GVKB Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2x8GB)): Still on hold for @Natez for R 1 000.

Tests Done: 4 passes of Memtest run with no errors. Ram kit POSTed on two different boards with different CPUs.
2600X and 3100 used.

RAM kit 2 (G.Skill F4-3200C16D-16GVKB Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2x8GB)): This has been credited to my account.

Tests Done: Same as Kit 1. Both RAM kits were then tested together but did not POST.
Kit 2 was replaced with a new kit and the issue was resolved. All four DIMMS now post on multiple boards and CPUs.

GPU (Palit GeForce RTX 3060 Ti GamingPro OC) Still on hold for @ScuBaLlama for R 14 000.

Tests Done: GPU was tested using a combination of stress tests and games.
Superposition and Furmark were run for several hours and then Cyberpunk 2077 for about 2-3 hours.
No fault was found.

Will update the rest of the threads - Woot will ship it today & everything should be back by Thursday 18 Nov (latest).
