Finally I've made sense of the newer overclocking ways, instead of the old school single multiplier overclocking. Didn't use it until recently, but with 11th Gen Core, 12th Gen as well going forward. Getting the most performance out of the CPU will need one to be familiar with Thermal Velocity Boost (TVB) and how it works.

The Z590I AORUs ULTRA has a nice 5.1GHz all core auto OC feature, but you will want to use manual TVB settings instead. As this will not only get you the 5.1GHz all core OC, but also the 5.3GHz single/dual core OC as well.

TVB can be as simple as you want it to be or as involved as you with (Temp A, Temp B, Bin Offsets, V/F Curve tuning)
Whatever you decide, it's clear that old methods of overclocking using the bclk * multiplier no longer cuts it.

Suppose similar to AMD and PBO, you won't get better performance using single multiplier, as compared to PBO.
