Hi all
I am finally about to pull the plug on doing my first custom loop, and while I have family build their loops and some fair knowledge on the topic, I came up with an idea and was wondering if someone has tried this?
I want to use standard off the shelf copper tubing in the loop, and want to know if anyone has tried this using the EK torque fittings?
I will probably go for class 1 or 2, depending on feedback on this post, I am not really interested in cheaping out on the copper tube, the class 0 I believe is the "lowest quality" tube and has the thinnest wall, and is not easily bendable, so a recommendation between class 1 and class 2 would also be highly appreciated.
The final goal is, if the copper tubing works, to bend and build the loop, and then nickle plate the tubing and reinstall.
