Are you giving over control of your email address to whomever buys the account? BSG doesn't allow you to change your email address linked to your account anymore. Well you can try a support ticket but BSG takes forever to respond.

When last did you try this? It is a disabled button on the website now... I.e. you can't click it (I checked now at the button is still disabled).
