Hi everyone. So one of my clients has an E-Commerce business where they sell their books online. Now everything runs great, but no invoices are sent to the customer or to the admin of the website at all. Now just to quickly give context, when a "free test product" is put on the website at R0 (no payment gateways available) and I confirm the order, then the invoices (PDF Format) are sent successfully. But when I buy a book of R15 (Payfast payment gateway available) it redirects right to the payment gateway but the only email they receive is the Payfast Confirmation email and not a PDF Invoice from the online store (like the free test product) . It just makes it easier for her to know what is being ordered instead of her manually going to the Orders Page on Wordpress and viewing it that way.
I hope this makes sense. If need be, I will drop some screenshots of the PDF invoice that I receive on free products and the invoice thingy I receive from Payfast (Do not want only that). Please help!
