I'm not sure what make it is but it's been really nice to have. Monitors attach with a removable visa mount. The arms can be articulated in all kinds of ways, the mount part also rotates for verticle monitors. I used it like that for a while with my second monitor for dev and writing work. Was great. You can also use it as a USB hub and it was a mic and headphone jack.
It's quite nice having the monitor hover above your desk.
