I get between 10 - 15 minutes per battery, maybe more, depends on how you fly.

Charging time, Well, there are 3 batteries, and we just charge them as we go. After all 3 batteries are done, we usually just take a brake.
I guess an hour or 2 maybe. Never really timed it.
