Hi. I had a few of these Precisions (currently 7740 9980|128gb|qd4000|3xm.2) and you are lucky to get over 2 hrs...

These Dells are built to dissipate heat and maintain decent clocks. I manage 4.4 on all 8 cores with Throttle stop tweaks.
