Looks like there is a problem with the LEDs or something as it has just randomly done this..Not sure if its fixable or not.

Will come with a power cable , Box , and a new VGA cable

I do, however I took it to makro on the 15th (where I brought it) , and they told me it was only 2 years and it expired on the 13th of this month. Unless Dell direct can help me because then I will obviously not PIF this.

I agree OP just contact dell SA and log the fault, you can check the warranty on their website with the service tag.
