Also I am going to get in trouble with IT for Googling "Extra Fabulous big dicks"

Yes change it to auto ... hard to discern a difference between quality and auto

Auto usually drops it to performance mode and can be a bit blurrier.

Since every reviewer has been raving about RT and DLSS, I tried out Psycho RT + balanced DLSS + NVIDIA Control Panel Sharpening + low motion blur and a few tweaks for more fps (med clouds, med fog, medium cascade lighting, Ultra SSR instead).

Lowest FPS I saw with the above settings at 1440p was 62 fps, still very smooth and it's very impressive given that with Psycho RT you have a full suite of RTX tech - raytraced diffuse illumination, raytraced reflections, ray traced ambient occlusion, ray traced shadows and raytraced global illumination - in an open world game that still runs way better than Watch Dogs Legion !

From what I can tell, the DLSS does fairly well in the city. The TAA struggles a bit when driving as you can see some jagged edges in the distance, DLSS actually takes care of these edges but it does introduce some artifacts of its own but it's not a big deal.
My initial impressions of DLSS were not positive but I think it must've been the corpo building and flight to the bar where it was subpar for some reason as it seems pretty good now.

Since I have the hardware, I will probably run with the above RT settings which will probably run even better with future patches.

post em screenshots ... im playing now on Psycho settings (so above ultra) ... atmospheric lighting is just insane, its stunning, the sheer amount of detail the world has ... DLSS auto (which looks like balanced judging from the fps) ... 55-60fps but again smooooth

edit: yes this is how the game looks ... no bs here ...

This sort of braggadocio is unnecessary @adamr

Also, if you pre-ordered you will have the "BonusContent" folder in your Cyberpunk installation folder.

Contains PDF versions of the posters, the soundtrack, wallpapers, etc.

Anyone else think the cop system is subpar ?

The cops just magically spawn behind you in like 4 seconds. No cars pulling up, just magic. Not anything like GTA.

One dude on reddit stood in an elevator, killed a civilian, walked out of the elevator and they just spawn in it even though it was empty when he left it and it didn't change floors.

I dunno bru, happens like that in JHB.

I experienced this was like woooow wtf.

But yes after how long we have waited for the game to launch after all thesenyears would of thought would be a tad more polished.

But hey day one bugs, it's bound to happen but I am sure as the days pass these will be popping up and hopefully getting patched sometime soon.

Speaking of bugs. had a few cutscenes where character would remove a chip or whatever, and shove their firearm through their face...
Or get handed a weapon, taking it, and loading it, but nothing actually shows in hand, so they effectively just cock the air.

Seen a few random floating guns myself.

I had floating rubble during the scene where you gotta dig yourself out (basically just crawling)...
Had another instance where I summoned my vehicle and it pulled up, bike that was standing there just got rocketed into the wall next to me, blew up and killed me...

Shouldn’t have been standing there then, noob.

but yea collision detection bugs are plenty in the game currently.
Can just hope they fix it.
And while they are at it, increase the speed of NPC's you are meant to follow... god they walk slow.

bike shouldn't have spontaniously kamikazi'd into a wall next to where I was standing either...

Well your car did drive into it.

Had a similar thing yesterday, car was in a parking area, summoned it, it made it 85% of the way and then just rammed the fence at the end of the driveway, damaging the front.

Small things that need work, but perhaps it’s just an allusion to how, no matter how much things change, often they stay the same. Shitty software is shitty software, even in 2077.

Only bugs so far were one T-pose, and one NPC floating in midair. And one NPC spawning in a metre infront from me while I was standing still.

Bugs I've seen however the game so far is giving me the working for missions vibe like fallout and a few things like gta but kind of boring so far still waiting for the big wow factor really.

I mean I was sucked into the Witcher 3 world a little yet this still has to suck me in.

Also the character creator is a lot more limiting then I thought it would be, a bit disappointing.

Just enjoy the game guys, makes it more fun when you just die randomly
like driving down the road and some scav decides to blow up his car to make a statement taking you with him?
NPC's in this game is crazy a.f...
Police block off a road with flimsy plastic barriers you can't drive through, but can drive through a steel lamp post without so much as your car jerking slightly...
