Not sure what your point is RE Scoop? As a local distributor for Cudy they would facilitate any warranty related claims.

As for the firmware, the site you link to is being served by Cudy and provides download links to versions of OpenWRT which they (one would assume) have tested to be compatible on the devices noted on the same page. I.e. they are providing/releasing those versions of firmware for use via their official release channels, per point 3 of the warranty footnote on the linked page:
