Generic cooling fans would be considered too.... as long as they the right spec for the Intel nuc8i3beh

what is wrong with yours?
in the past i have lifted the sticker, lifted a plastic/rubber seal and put in a drop of oil with the norrmal power supply and other fans

Bearings I think, it's making a helluva racket. Looks a closed system though, so I can't get inside to lube it..

Yeah, I tried this but the parts behind the sticker were fixed and not designed to be lifted or removed. That didn't stop me from forcing the issue. The good news - the bearing no longer making a racket. The bad news - it's not making a noise cause the fan is not spinning IE I've broken it properly now!!

Anyway been in contact with Partmasters, hoping they'll be able to assist....

So Partmasters can't source the part locally but they'll import one for me for just R2036.75....

for that price i would just get something with the same pins as the nuc, and superglue it into the bracket
