As a matter of interest, has the chip been overclocked? If so, max stable settings?

I've heard these can run over 400 MHz FSB in most cases?

I've had it as 4.0ghz stable for benching a few times, but I would recommend using water cooling to use it at that frequency.
But It runs stock most of the time

4 ghz is plenty - I'd look at around 3.5-3.6 for an air setup.
