This is 100% Samsung B-die. I know because it was my kit that I gave him. Samsung uses different ICs for their shit bins like 3200C16, 3466C16, and 3600C18. Sometimes they end up blessing you with Samsung B-die that doesn’t do tight tRCD and tRP. A kit of 3466C16 I had broke that rule though, so this kit might be S-tier.
