As the template says, I just bought an upgrade kit, but had RAM that I bought in the US a few months back in preparation for my upgrade. RAM from the US was 3600Mhz.
Warranty is probably with Evetech (I think they track that via serial number? Anyone else done it this way before?) and Corsair's warranty on the website basically says "Lifetime". Whatever that means 🤷♂️
