Info: I don't have the dust covers anymore as well as the one back panel (not the case back panel, the one that goes inside if you don't want to install fans there). Never used it and lost it while moving. The case needs a good cleaning that's about it.

Does this have the vertical gpu bracket I've seen many of them come with?

No from my knowledge you don't get a vertical GPU bracket with the case, the case does support vertical mount but you have to get the riser cable separately
