Hi guys

I've got a Corsair 4000D Airflow case and want to add a proper filter to the front. The case comes with a mesh filter but want to add a HEPA-like, or something similar to the front to really keep the dust out. What I've got in mind is similar to the below, but would need to be a bit thinner, like maybe 10mm thick, in order for the front panel to still fit over it. Was thinking if I could get a custom size filter cut somewhere I could just duct tape it to that front mesh panel so that I can still take it off and clean it.

Anybody done anything like this before or have any recommendations, or maybe know of a place locally where I can get a custom size hepa filter? I've google'd for HEPA filters but all I could find are specific size filters for things like air purifiers or some things from AliExpress, but don't really want to order anything on there.

I know it's going to restrict airflow and increase temps, but when running Prime95 and Furmark with all the fans set low-ish, the CPU is mid 60's and the GPU is mid 50's, so there's some headroom and would trade increased noise and temps for less dust.

Builds pics below, got it from Progenix, @Oj0 built it for me.
