Not liking the airflow and space with my H440, dont get me wrong i love the case but i like taking stuff apart and putting it back to gether and im continuously moving stuff around to test temps, sound, and visual.
This new case im getting will make modding/ changing things around very easy.
I will take it all apart just before i get the case, clean and then reassemble in the new case and redo the wiring and tubing.
I have downloaded Tap Talk so i can post updates this time.

Case+fans are on back order and are arriving at the end of the month.
NEW CASE!!! Not my actual case

I like that case too. Damn. Lian-li have a new cube case that they showed a prototype of at Cebit this year. Looks like it fixes a few issues with the d600. I'm holding my breath for that one.

I really like that case
Ye love the case and the price is amazing!! 900D new is about 4.4, this case new is about 2-2.5 but waiting for final price once they land in SA and supplier has them.
So i think you get a lot more for nearly half the price

Ill look into it but i think im going to stick with this one as the price is amazing

on a side note
So still no suggestions on option 1 or 2 for the side window?

Are these cases availible locally?

They were released at CES in america earlya this year.
They will be available from local suppliers, they are being brought in by the SA thermal take distributor (one the big 5).
I was told they bringing in all 3 models the Core x1, Core X2 and Core x9 and first stock arrives at the end of this month.
I have preordred/backordered mine with Tesla Tech

I hope these guys also start bringing in the full range of Thermaltake watercooling parts. That would be amazingly epic.

They kind of should as the core x series is aimed at liquid cooling.

One can only wish, they would be at good prices as well and we would have a lot more range, but oh well, happy with the case as i have my WC parts already

wesleydn One thing I dont understand is how those side panels work. You almost need another vented one because that full window is limiting. Even in some pics you posted in OP there are fans mounted on the window side. I know the sides are interchangeable but ya, what was your setup going to be like?

I would like PSU and HDD on the one side and rad on the other. Both kinda need venting.

You can purchase another side panel either the glass or vented from thermaltake.
The fans on the side of the window are more for show/hide stuff behind it that why my 2 main dads going at the top. But the fans on the window side draw air from the front/back/ bottom of the case as the whole case is nearly vented.
In the future in going to look at getting another vented side panel and then convert both of them to have windows in the top half so the fans in the bottom half have proper air flow.
This a swear your question?

Ya, thats what I was thinking to. Get 2 vented panels and mod them to have windows. If we can't have caselabs M8's well make our own :)

I'm following this thread so keep us posted.

I will do, sadly the due date of the case is at the end of the month but will post pics of it before I put my stuff in and the build log

I think I need to get myself one of these for my next mod 0.0

Someone buy the one I'm busy with :p

That's allot of fans and that case is MASSIVE :O

GLWB :)

Thats gonna one epic build. Just one question. Why you facing your top fans inwards?

If I face them outwards I will have negative pressure and seen nearly all x9 builds do this so will test.

well with a loop like that, I am sure you can put a few minds here at ease about the power of an MCP655 and how much of a loop it can handle

It's an amazing pump!!
I have the one with speed control and I have a flow meter.
Even on lowest speed the flow meter moves
