I have the Tempered Glass glass panel, mesh panel and AIO panel. PCIex3 Riser. No fans. I only have 3 screws to mount fans at the top.
For R250 extra i will add 2 x Phanteks 120mm D-RGB Fans and 1 x Phanteks LED Strip
