Hi there,
I've connected my EcoFlow River to my EcoFlow Delta using a DC 48v 5a power supply. This in theory should charge the EcoFlow Delta at 250w. The EcoFlow Delta manual indicates it supports the following DC input:
11-100V 10A, 800W max.
Issue I'm getting is that it doesn't actually charge however the voltage is correct on DC out of the PSU to the Delta's XT60 input. Seems the PSU is only running at 8w even though readings indicate correct voltage.
Not sure what I'm missing here, if anyone can provide advice?

Okay so I found the solution to this issue. Seems someone else has tried the exact same thing. Turns out the XT60 connector has to be an XT60i connector.
Further explanation. The XT60i has a third pin that the EcoFlow uses to determine if the DC power source is either solar or car charger in which case it would apply the respective limitations i.e solar charging allows for 10a @ 100v charging and this is where the third pin is bridge with the negative pin. The other is DC car charging which is limited to 8a @ 12/24v charging where the third pin is bridged with the positive connector.
This makes absolute sense why the generic XT60 connector I have which EcoFlow is detected as a car charger is not charging because car charger limitation is 12/24v whereas the DC PSU I have is running at 48v.
