Any that you know of what accept Crypto or PayPal?

I know PayFast did a while ago so you could shop on takealot etc.

Nope. That wasn't me, that was the first known BTC transaction. 10k BTC for two large pizzas (I think).

Crypto, maybe. Paypal, very unlikely. The transactions fees for Paypal are higher than most shops' margins, and it's a breach of their T & C's to add an additional cost if using their gateway
