Location: Hilton, KZN. Can arrange to get PC to Durban at a small cost.

Shipping: On you and your risk. Would be happy to box and secure nicely though.

The PC comes with windows 10 installed, although it is not activated.

or u saw how much interest there was so u upped the price, as u had 2 buyers in line, and i doubt both would mess u around including ScorpioMan86 , unless he says different then i stand to be corrected just seems like a new way to do auctioning, open a post see how much interest u get close it, reopen it at a new price.
