Cheapest Supplier to Buy Mid Range Laptops & Desktops...Esquire?

Looking for the best and cheapest place to purchase about 7 midrange laptops and 7 midrange Desktops, All Brand new for a client.

From decent i3 to i5. All must be branded, prefabably dell or hp, due to their good support. Shipping not a issue.

Is Esquire the cheapest? Browsing online they seem so be.

Any Advice would be greatly appreciated.
