[Wanted] Cheap mini PC that I can pay off

I'm looking for a cheap mini PC that I can pay off monthly.. currently I'm stuck at home (health reasons) and I need to do something proactive with my time. I can only confidently commit to paying R500pm. Also I don't want to put the missus under any financial pressure so I can't expect her to buy it for me

I want to do some online courses. My whole life consists of being a chef or in the hospitality industry and I can not physically do that anymore

Will check if I maybe have a laptop hiding somewhere you could use. But if pc will do the work, can borrow you the one on sale currently and see if that assist in the meantime.
