Case fan help needed

Hi all, recently bought case fans, installed into the pc. The fans spin but the rgb does not seem to work and I'm not 100% sure why, Everything is plugged in correctly. Any help whatsoever? Thanks in advance

Sorry about the lack of info, Asrock B450 Steel Legend, Fractal Design fans but also struggling with cheap premium sun fans in my little brothers build (Well cheap already gives away everything lol), Used the fan headers on the motherboard as well as a controller but no difference whatsoever, 5V3Pin

Fractal Design make lots of different models of fans. If you give us a model number we can look up the manual online. That should explain how they work. And what controller are you using? And what software did you install to run the fans off the motherboard header?
