okay people - this is a little higher end than what you would normally find here ..... the 5.1 setup cost R29999 when it was in the range and the extra set of bipole rears cost R5990 still up to today wherever it is available - and i did not get the Cambridge Audio subwoofer since i already had multiple subs to use the Denon that i'm including witht he set is basically as good as the Cambridge Audio that the set originally comes with (just a different color) the speakers are walnut and the sub is black

just one note here - i made a custom set of stands for one pair of rear speakers and the second set was wall mounted .... i am also including that custom made set of stands for that rear set because i cannot use them with other speakers ..... this is at no charge for something that would retail for R1500 to R1999 - the stands are made of foil wrapped MDF and steel tube legs

here are the pictures of the setup :

front speakers with grilles removed

front speakers with the grilles still on (grilles are magnetic) and all still in perfect condition

stands that i am including with the set for free

the centre channel looks similar to the rear speakers but it doesnt feature the angled front - its just a normal rectangle and it has a single grille as opposed to the two grilles of the rear speakers

the speakers do not use a conventional tweeter but instead use BMR drivers (Balanced Mode Radiators) whcih have a crossover point of 250 hz and above while the woofers play below 250hz in the front speakers and the rears are just BMR drivers that play above 80hz ..... this means that the crossover point is nowhere near the vocal region and it results in a much smoother sound and its also less edgy than conventional drivers - and it is smooth enough to use these speakers in a room with tiles

So doesn't anybody use Home Theatre in this forum ..... or is this too expensive for everyone? (personally i think i'm selling it at too low a price for its condition though)

Its my second night coming back to this 😂 fapping from a distance lol don't have that cash right now. Hope someome picks this beaut up or I might sell my soul !

Hi. Great stuff. Audio seems to move slow here. Why don't post on the AV forums website?

dropped the price over at AVForums - so dropping it here too - R16000 for the full 7.1 set ..... i need to move out by end of April and no storage space available at new place - so this has to go ..... if you don't like my price then lets talk ..... but rest assured that lowballs are going to be laughed at .... reasonable offers will be taken into consideration

Drop again to R15k

thats more than a bargain for a set of this quality
