Yes and yes. But zombies is the strange story one which is cool. Supports loacl split screen and its slightly complicated so much fun! If you want the old school zombie style split screen just buy one of the dlc's for it.

If you only want zombies though and nothing else from the game then I advice infinite warfare because of its epic old school theme and classic cod zombies mode packed in with no need to grab a dlc. Supports 2 player split screen as well.
