Buying a Postnet branch

Has anyone been through the process of buying a Postnet branch? Would just like to know what the going price is for a branch in a relatively small town in Gauteng

While I don't know the numbers myself, my company was contracted in setting up the network and computers for a new Postnet in my area so I have some insight in the whole operation. Incidentally I know the owner of the Postnet quite well so I could possibly find some specifics out for you (as I was wondering this myself).
