Buy G29/920 or save for G923

Been looking at a lot of comparison videos and reviews of the G29 and G923 and can't decide whether I should pay the 3-4k for a G29 or save a bit more and go for the G923 for around 6k.
Is the G923 really worth that extra few Rands or am I better off getting the older G29 since it's pretty much the same internally?
I want something that will last me a few years at least so I don't know if I should go cheaper.
Should I buy now and get the G29/G920 or save up a bit and get the G923?

As a G29 owner I’m more than satisfied with the customization and immersion of the force feedback and pc/ps support for a casual sim racer.
Playing GT7, Forza, PC2, Dirt and some NFS.

I haven’t tried the G923 or a Fanatec but those appear to be the route for enthusiasts.

if the bug gets and you see yourself getting a full-on rig then you should probably go all the way with a G923 and spend the extra bucks.

Then G29 it is, I'd probably go Fanatec when my kid is a bit older and I get to drive more.

For now its super casual when it comes to sim racing haha.
